With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, ranging from tots to seniors, hospitals to clinics, Dr. Green is leading our MISSION to identify the ROOT CAUSE of ILLNESS and develop individualized, comprehensive patient plans to resolve illness. She is joined by an elite team of healthcare practitioners comprised of nurse practitioners, nurses, a health coach, and medical assistants. Whether you need general health support, have chronic health issues, are looking for support with diagnosed or undiagnosed issues, we strive to get to the root causes and help you take control of your health. Together, your team guides you on your journey with you as the leader, because no one understands your body, your experience, your symptoms, your history, your situation better than you! At Darden Functional Health, your care team partners work with you on your journey to wellness. We use your story, your health history, and your health goals to comprise a road map that guides us in co-creating a unique-to-you health and wellness plan that is sustainable and will lead to health transformation.
